White gill tip

Hi there! My axolotl has had a white gill tip for a few weeks now, and it’s not fungus. Her parameters are all good (7.8, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 10 nitrate). I’m just wondering if this could be from an injury or what? Thank you.

My lass has this too but it's not been doing anything either. Could be growing gills? I'm not too sure.
