An anole will require certain temps and a basking area that will probably kill all your plants. Plus, believe you me, no matter how many branches you have, if there is water, there is a possibility of drowning (they can even drown in shallow water dishes....). Also, given that the water takes half the volume, the poor anole would be living in too little space. They are active and territorial..it would be cruel, seriously.
I know you want more opinions and that is excellent, but for what is worth, my opinion on C.orientalis for that tank is a big no-no.
I´m not sure the sundew and the venus are good choices. I can imagine a few problems both for the plants and the potential animals.
