Where to buy?

I don't know of any local places that sell salamanders. I am looking for a website with a variety of sallys that will go both in water, and out of water. I REALLY like the ones with two lines on their backs. But I think those are terrestrial are they not?
Are sallys compatible with mini crabs, frogs, and fish? - None of these will be predator sized.
