Where to buy paddle tail newts online?

I am curious as to where one can purchase paddle tail newts. Also,
are there any other fully aquatic newts that can be bought.

Hi, welcome to the site.
I'm afraid you'll struggle to find paddletails for sale. Since the ban you can only buy newts from breeders in your state, all imports and interstate movements are now illegal.
You may find somebody breeding and selling newts in your state, but paddletaiis have never been successfully bred in the US as far as I'm aware.
Your best bet would be putting up wanted adds in your local aquarium and exotic pet stores and see what turns up.
