when to breed

HI
today i bough my girl albino axolotl a black wild boy axoolotl!!! i pputed them in same tank!. how long should i let him time to adopt before breed?
can they breed? he seems small though my girl is grown up and is huge besides him with big belly(or just fat), he is about 8 months old!
also WHEN SHE SPOTS HIM SHE BULLY HIM!!! D ;is it normal?like she bite him and he run away with one second

Both your axies looks healthy and sexually matured. (Look at toe tips). They would be able to breed. Normally breeding tend to coincide with winter months due to the decrease in temperature and photoperiod (amount of light exposure). Keep the axie nutrition up, ideal tank parameters and ample plants etc. can also further help facilitate the breeding process. Normally a gradual decrease in temperature and light can help trigger a spawn.
