When are my apple snails ready to be sold?

I know this has nothing to do with newts or salamanders, but I didn't know where else to post this. But as the title says, when can I sell my apple snails? My eggs hatched today, and there are more eggs that will hatch in some weeks (if I don't get rid of them, which I think I might do) and I just wanted to know how old they should be before I can sell them?

At any age I would suppose, but when you advertise them make sure you explain how large/old they are.

It is best to sell them when they are pea size.
