between Ambystoma Mexicanum ( axolotls) and Ambystoms Subsalsum?
dont know the common name of the Subsalsum. might be Alchichica, but that could be something else entirely.

They're different species.

Are you wondering what the reasoning is behind naming them two separate species? I suspect it's because their geographical ranges don't overlap, meaning there's no interbreeding.
