What type of power head should I run my sponge filter on?

I have a Hydro sponge filter for my 10 gallon tank, and I'm rather confused as to what type of power head I should use with this filter. The models I have looked into buying look like they would cause too much of a current in my tank.

It works fine with an air line and an air pump.
