What is this

I posted this pic in the plants section too, but no answers yet. its like this fuzzy white/clear stuff on all my plants. its not on my newt, but he's been acting funny this past week (he's in breeding condition because this past week its been a lot warmer. about a 7 degree increase, I'm hoping thats why he's not eating). i looked at the aquarium invaders page and tried to google it, but i can't see to find what it is.

What's the pH I found when my pH dropped below 6 this fuzz appeared everywhere

I've seen this occasionally in my larvae bins. I think it's bacteria, the slimy stuff you find on the glass of the tank. Whatever it is, it's harmless.
