What I found on my walk.

I was walking through my local woods in Devon and came across a pool with spawn in it.i found these little newts in it and that we're breeding and laying eggs.i took some pics and go there regularly and watch them.

Does anyone have any info on what they are

That is a male Palmate newt (Lissotriton helveticus).

Thanks I when's there again they were gone just spawn now
