That's what your seeing, the stomach and reproductive organs. Daphnia are basically colorless, sometimes tinted orange. If they're well-fed, you can see the green algae in their stomachs. If you look close, you can see the 'eyespots', which are black and at the top of the animals. Then they have various appendages for locomotion and moving food toward their 'mouth'. They're very tiny, the biggest being ~1mm long.
