What colour?

Hey folks,

My axies have produced a batch of eggs which appear to be half white and half black. By that I mean, each individual eggs appears to be 'half and half'.

Any idea what colour these babies are likely to be?

Laura, you will not know there colour until just before hatching, all eggs laid other than b a albino female are half black half white.

The half white section is there yolk sac, which they feed on after the first few days of hatching. Once his has gone it will mean they need feeding..

Hey Kim, usurping the thread but I was able to take a look at my eggs and a good proportion seem to have black eyes... I'm thinking they will all be leucistic...how about the batch you have? can you tell yet?
