What are these spots on my Clawed Frog?

My frog has developed these small white spots. They don't look sore but I'm really worried. He's 18 and I'm afraid of medicating without knowing exactly what I'm dealing with. Anyone know what it is and how I can deal with it??

pehaps it's a fungus.
But IMO it could be Red-Leg too.

Do you keep the frog alone?
Have you put new animals into the tank?

I'm treating with fungus and bacterial meds now. He's alone in the tank but I added a live plant a while ago that seemed to introduce something.

They tolerate moderate levels of salt in the water... maybe that's a good way to treat the frog's fungus.. by putting small amounts of pure salt in the water and periodically increasing the quantity...

As far as I know it's a X. Lavis. I treated for fungus and bacterial infection, but realized it was neither. When I looked at the spots I saw they were symmetrical, and they're small and hard. I think it may be a form of cancer related to her old age. For now she's eating and showing no signs of illness besides the spots.
