What are these in my newt tank?

What are these tiny whitish and some of them reddish little dots (as small as a individual flour powder(you know dot by dot)).... And it was swimming like a fish , and also they are only in the sides off the tank lots of them!

For me, they look ostracods, a type of small crustaceans. They are entirely harmless, and an excellent starter food for newt larvae.

reaserching a bit i think its a infusoria , it has depleted now and i have to throw em as mosquito babies came -.-
