Water leaked while being delivered

got 13 axolotl eggs that have came in the post today but the package somehow managed to leak (it was well wrapped up) are they meant to be twitching in the egg sacks and moving around a lot or are they fairly still until hatched ?? Just thought they would be more active x

It depends on how far along they are developmentally. They usually aren't very active until a couple days before hatching, when you can see their little gills all formed. Check out the embryo development log on Axolotl.org. You should be able to see them change shape over a couple days if they are ok.

If the larvae are moving they are alive. I ship my eggs on damp plants and tissue, as long as they are kept moist they are fine.
