Have been doing daily water change in axie tank. Readings are now as follows:
Amonia = 1.0
Nitrite = 1.0
Nitrate = 1.0
PH = 7.6
Temp 17

Is this going ok?:confused:

when the axies are in the tank, the ammonia and nitrite levels are too high. You should do a water change for non-risking your axies health. You have to test the water daily by doing water changes (if the readings rises again) until your tank is cycled.

I am doing daily water changes and tested the water daily with kit.

Hi Wendy,

How long has your tank been up and running? Also, test your water source if you haven't. My ammonia kept hanging at .25 no matter how many water changes I did and finally I thought to check my source that also tested .25. What type of dechlorinator are you using?

Tina asked an important question - are there animals in this cycling tank?
