Go to Scott Smith's Animal Expo. THey sometimes have caudates, I know one member who sells there sometimes. All he has now is axies though.

Minnesota here. If someone has a larger collection of caudates in this state, I'd eat my hat to meet him/her. I have been supplying captive-bred newts to local pet stores. Cheers!

Note that we have some state-specific groups going in the Social Groups part of the forum. See Caudata.org Newt and Salamander Forum - Regional Groups

There are groups there for Missouri, Cali, Michi, Washington, Illinois, NY, Tx.

Now that we are limited to in-state movement of most newts and sals, we'll all need to get to know our neighbors!

That's funny you said that, but already went there and picked up a tiger and spotted. I would like to observe them naturally and photograph them.

I didn't see a place for Kentucky/ Indiana. I Iive across the river from Indiana. I am always on the lookout for small fish less ponds to see what is living near it and if any larva are in it.
