Hello my tiger salamander kumi (rarely seen beauty) finished morphing april 18th and has not eaten since she started morphing. she still refuses worms and crickets.she use to go crazy for worms before she morphed.:D lethargic. her skin is dark and not vibrant as it was before, her skin looks dryer and it is shedding. i am unsure if this is normal. she seems very weak and is skinny. i dont want her to die. i have to leave for a week starting the 15th and i wanted her to be eating by then. i spray her tank every day to make sure it stays moist and cool. no moss in her tank anymore. i left moss in there for a short time but she just stayed under ground so i removed it. now she comes above ground.i try feeding her at night and she refuses any food that is offered. she has a water dish for her to soak in if she chooses which i refill daily with fresh dechlorinated water.i am at a loss of what to do. below is a link to 3 pictures i took today to show what she looks like and what ive been trying to feed her. crickets and worms.no luck.. if anyone has any advice to help my tiger salamander please email me or respond to this immediately.. thank you...

She should be fine. Sometimes it takes them a bit to regain appetite. My tiger didn't eat for 2 and a half weeks after becoming a land critter. When she gets hungry she will eat. Leave a worm or two in her tank and give her a little time to relax and adjust. turn off lights and keep it quiet for a couple of days. The shedding is also pretty normal. They sometimes will eat the skin they shed, gross but whatever.
Give her a little time and she will be back to her normal self!
