Urgent 12 year old axi floating and sick

I found my old girl floating a few mins ago totally out of the blue been eating fine no problems and her tank mates are fine no bullying or anything like that they've been together for years!!! skin is blood shot her cloaca Is open and the tips of her toes and tail are red and peeling away please see pics (I'll upload them in a second) I know she's very old but this is so out of the blue she was perfectly fine yesterday, I've instantly put her in a container and fridged her but I don't know if it's just her last few days please help if you can

Shes always been a big girl so shes not bloated or impacted by anything just to add that and the other two girls i have in the tank with her are 100% fine and have been eating

I think veterinary advice might be necessary with this case. Do you have a vet available in your area?
