Hey guys!

So my babies are just over a month old now. Here are some pictures I took of them a day or two ago. They're all doing so well, and there's such good color variation, I'm so pleased about it =^^=

Oh these are adorable!!!!

It will be so interesting to see how they all grow and what they will turn out like - how many are you going to keep?

I'm not keeping any of them, sadly. I've got some homes lined up already, but I'll be looking for more soon. Luckily I live in a college town and these guys are the only cool pet allowed in the dorms (that's why I got mine in the first place x) ) so between that, family and friends who want them, and caudata, I think I won't have much of a problem rehoming them all.

I do have a few special ones that will only go to my closest friends, though. I love these little guys!

Dear All, I would appreciate some help identifying P. waltl disease and treatment. We received newts from Europe early November and a few maybe 3/70 had what it looked like lesions under the legs- at that time we thought maybe it was the stress of travel- now we think they probably had "red leg syndrome" (see picture). However a few weeks later other newts started to develop skin lesions (picture enclosed). The sender recommended to use sulfamerazine and we have treated them 2x and we are not sure they are all recovering. Does anyone have any experience with P. waltl diseases and could give some input on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
