Unknown Axolotl Owie

Hello, my boy is doing fine. Has no signs of stress and his water perimeters are good, well in range.. the water may have gotten warm a few days ago, but i caught it and got it back down. But as i was feeding him i just noticed this bump. I have no idea what it could possibly be, any suggestions?

its the white circle.. i have no idea what it is, almost looks like a zit or a growth :c ive never seen anything like it

house in water containing 50% holtfreters + 0.1g/l magnesium sulphate, swab area with potassium permanganate every 2-3days + daily methylene blue bath, may be a good idea to have axolotl given antibiotic injection by vet to prevent secondary infection.
