Turtle Log toy?

I decided today was about time to change around the axies tank so we bought some new plants and moved around their caves a bit to make some more room but I also bought a Zoo Med Floating Turtle Log

Just wondering if anybody has one of these? I had a proper look at it and some of the edges seem a tad bit sharp, is it worth trying to shave them down or should they be ok?

The good news is they seem to love it, one is currently asleep in it

I had one, but my axolotls never used it. I gave it to my T. granulosa colony.

I did file off some of the sharp points on mine.
