Ok I have 6 juvie popei that are terrestrial. They are in a sterilte 35 quart box dims are 24'' x 18''. Is this potentially too large? Should I downsize? There is a container 18'' x 12'' I could switch them too. I am wondering if the smaller box would be better for for the sprintail feeding, FF, crix and such?
Also can you have too much cover for the popei? I have coco for substrate, 3/4 cover with terrestrial moss, and a few pvc hides. I never see all six. I am lucky to see 2-3. I am wondering if I should remove most of the moss so I can moniter them better. Add more pvc hides, maybe a coco hut or something.
