Tiny skin bumps

Wondering if anyone has ever seen these kind of skin bumps show up on an axolotl. They're tiny bumps all over her arms and body. They're the same color as her skin. She's had them for a couple of weeks, not sure if it might be an infection? She's 10 years old and has a tank mate that does not seem to have the same problem. I've separated her with daily water changes just to keep an eye on her. She still has a good appetite. Any ideas or possible treatment suggestions appreciated thanks.

it could be a possible bacteria infection but tests would be required for confirmation.
may require antibiotics although methyline blue and acriflavine may be effective.

Thank you for your help! Udate this morning her bumps turned white. She is still acting normal but these spots do not look good!! I'm going to try methylene blue
