Tiny bugs in tank

Hi,

Sorry if this is in the wrong section; I couldn't figure where to put it properly.

As I was looking in to my tank last night I noticed tiny little white wormy things on the glass; they were about 3mm in length (too small for photos); then I noticed like little bugs (abut 1mm in length) - also white.

I was wondering if it was the larvae and adult of something. But what?

What do I do?

I can't decide if they are copepod or mites; they were more mite shaped I think.

Oh some of those bugs down the bottom of the page were gross. It should come with a warning. I don't think it was any of those.

I did a partial water change yesterday and I'll check back for them in a couple of days to see if I can see them again.
