Tiger Sallie/Waterdog Identification/morph question

I have waterdogs with these features:

White-Greyish bottom color
Brownish Top/Crest area
YELLOW specks along top/crest area
brownish gills (fur area)
their about 6" long with 1/2" gills


ANY CLUE what these will morph into?

ALSO, how long before they morph?
