Tiger salamander problem

My tiger salamander has been eating very sporadically for the past few months but looks quite chubby. Curremtly, he is refusing food and I am quite worried. He lives in a semi-aquatic setup but rarely goes into the water and spends most of his time hiding. The food that he is offered are crickets and the temperature is about 20 degrees Celsius (70s Fahrenheit I think). He is wild caught and I have had him for almost 2 years and I do not want to lose him. I don't have any idea what is wrong with him and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try offering earthworms (dig them from a pesticide-fertilizer free area, or buy them at a pet shop or bait store). Also, make sure there is LOTS of land available, as tiger salamanders are primarily terrestrial and in the wild, will only go into the water to breed if their habitat is properly moist.
