Tiger Not Feeding...

I have a female that's @ 16mos old. She normally has a very good appetite, but lately (weeks now), is not feeding. Do these animals go 'off feed' occasionally?

This is especially common in the winter. Is it getting cooler or are they in an area where they're exposed to changing photoperiods?
