Question: Tiger and Fire Salamanders?

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to have both tiger and fire salamanders in the same enclosure? I have a 20 long and I have two tigers, I am just curious if anyone here has that situation or if they know anything about their ability to get along? Thank you!

No way.

The tigers are large opportunistic feeders that will look at anything smaller as food. Even if this was not a big problem (which it is) the difference in toxins that these two very different species have would also have me concerned. There are many horror stories involving the mixing of species and these is no exception.

Besides, both of these beautiful species look great in their own setup and will be much happier!

In addition to Mitch's great answer, a 20 long is big enough for two tigers, but not much else.
