Hi,

I want to plant my tank.

-Vallisneria Gigantea,Spiralis
-Hygrophila Polisperma
-Hygrophila corymbosa
-Egeria Densa
-Ceratophyllum Demersum
-Anubias
-Vesicularia dubyana

I need the fertile soil ?Or simply the liquid fertilization and maybe some pads for the bottom?Could these plants suffocate? Having regard to the granulometry of the sand below the millimeter?

Those plants should do ok. If you have a rabbit or know someone who has one, the rabbit pellets do great in the sand under the roots one pellet will last about a month. Your plants will grow like crazy.

Poop is nature's fertilizer.

Ever walked past a bunch of rose bushes and been overwhelmed by the smell of horse manure?

ahahah poo as fertilizer?! That's cool ! In particular i'm interested by the sand! It will not suffocate the roots ? Right?

Sands a pretty common substrate in planted tanks. Pool filter sand is supposed to be very good for this as it does not compact so badly. Ive got natural sand from the concrete supplier with vals growing like mad along with anubais.

Anubias doesn't grow well with its roots in sand- it can cause it to rot, instead tie it to some decor with fine cotton or similar. I think the others should be OK planted in sand though.
