Your axie is very similar to mine. Is that a two or three foot tank?

Is a bit young to tell at the moment, but I just say that it's a he.

Mine is about 15cm so i should be able to tell in about a month or so. I hope that it turns out to be a "he" cuz iv´e already named him after a male cartoon character ^_^

Mine is very similar in size and is named after a male mexican masked wrestler, so fingers crossed!

Whats his name then? Oh, never mind. I saw now, on your website, that his name was carlito :)

Your website looks great btw!

rickard.. you seem to be everywhere... but u cant escape me hehe

saw your tank and it looks great, just as V does! He reminds me of my paddis : )
im thinking about what you said before, that his gills arent as fluffy as Paddis are. Maybe that has to do with the oxygen..? I dont know, but i've read that their gills becomes small and less fluffy if there's to much oxygen..
in the other hand they might grow bigger in time.
Anyway, he is absolutley adorable

Well, iv´e thought about that to, but the "problem" is that he goes up to the surface weary often for air.. so.. i don´t know

lol very cute i like your tank nice and simple is your axie named after v as in the dude that has that weird mask from v for vendetta

Thank you :) Yeah, he is. I think that the Axie gills also forms several V´s, depending on whitch direction your looking from :)

Dear All, I would appreciate some help identifying P. waltl disease and treatment. We received newts from Europe early November and a few maybe 3/70 had what it looked like lesions under the legs- at that time we thought maybe it was the stress of travel- now we think they probably had "red leg syndrome" (see picture). However a few weeks later other newts started to develop skin lesions (picture enclosed). The sender recommended to use sulfamerazine and we have treated them 2x and we are not sure they are all recovering. Does anyone have any experience with P. waltl diseases and could give some input on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
