The Season continued

The marms produced, but only one tank of three did well for me.

And can't forget Jen's babies (karelinii). They seem ready for this season too

Awesome David. I just started cooling down my tank about a week ago and the Karelinii are already in full swing. I'm fairly sure I'm going to get some results from my Grans too. I'll be sure to get some pics of the courting.

Great Pics.

Kieron, much as I'd like to take credit, those are David's breedings

David, it really depends on whether we can save up enough to make such a trip, seeing as we're a single-income family now with the baby's arrival on the scene. Also, finding a suitable dog-sitter for our two other "children" might prove to be difficult. Keeping fingers crossed though!

I especially love the look of N. strauchii larvae. Please keep us updated with pics when the eggs and larvae arrive!

The Pleurodeles waltl is so cute!! I hope to get some of Paris's next group of little ones!!

Wow! Those karelinii sure are showy! How old are they now? I think it was 2 years or 3?

Probably just a little shy of a year old. I picked them up as youngsters after labor day weekend from Jen. They do grow like weeds.

Those are beautiful newts! Would you happen to have any adults for sale?

A quick update. The dobros and karelinii have started laying. The season's starting to work out.

Actually they look more like cristatus, except thinner and more color
