Good evening everyone.

I recently had some eggs hatch(appears all of them are out) and now the larvae are hanging out using up the yolk but I wasn't sure if I should disturb them by removing the leftover egg mass.

I did not see any other larvae still waiting to hatch and I noticed what appears to be green algae mixed in it. I searched the forums but did not see any other threads on this issue.

Thanks in advance.

Hum.... I don't know what is the issue with that egg mass.
When I breed my newts, I remove all hatched larvae from the egg container to a new container. When I see no larva left in the egg container, I will just throw the empty egg mass away. Keeping them together just risk clouding the water. Also, by removing the larvae early on, I can start feeding them as soon as they will accept food.

I hope you did not remove the eggs from wild.
