I have both a 125 and 90 gallon ready for some extreme action but giving that amphibians dont require much room does anyone think it would be a waste of space? I mean i was gonna do the whole pool and shallow pond thing for breeding so does anyone think its too much ?

Depends on what you're putting in it. Firebellies, would be utterly lost. You'd never see them. For something like an amphiuma or a mudpuppy, it's a pretty decent size.

Also take into consideration smaller animals need smaller food which can be hard to find in such a big tank.
