Tank size for 3 axolotls

I have 3 axolotls about 2 months old and was just checking what size of tank would be best for these when they're older, I've got them in a temporary plastic tank at the moment.
I was thinking of a 3 foot rectangular tank, would this be suitable?

That would probably be adequate. I've kept 5 in a 55gal, which is 4 feet long. All were a little on the small side though, 6-7 inches. Keep in mind that they can get a foot long!

On this topic, i know the adverage is 9-12" but what size do most peoples generally grow to? and what age do they stop growing is it between 1-2 years? my largest is 6 and a half" and is 7 months old, my others are only 4 months old and are 5".
I currently have three in one 3ft tank, i figured id keep the biggest two in one tank and the smaller three in the other 3ft but, if they all grow 12" im going to struggle haha!

So far two of mine are 25cm (9 inches?), one is 23cm but he might still grow a bit, and one isn't quite done I think at 20cm. Does that help?

Oh and if I guess that they were 6 months old when I brought them (pet store) then the two grown ones stopped growing between 7 and 9 months old.

Haha if mine stop growing at 7 months im going to have lots of dwarf axies!
That would be so cute though if they stayed little, lotls of little axies yey!


But yeah my plan was two 3ft tanks and the smallest three in one, the bigger two in the other
