I just thought I'd post a pick of my latest idea for a tank. I only have a basic paint program to work with so it's not the best, but I think it gets the point across. The final tank will probably not look a lot like this, as I don't even know what size of tank I will be using yet. I do plan on doing a build log of this tank with many photos. I have always wanted to log my constructions but I usally become too lazy to take pictures after a few hours of work on a tank.

Anyway, I hope you all like the design.

Ben

I like the waterfall. Just make sure it doesn't disrupt the surface too much for your species of amphibians.

No worries. I plan for it to more of a drip wall than a waterfall. By the time it reaches the main body of water it will just barely move the surface.

I look forward to seeing this build as it progresses! This appears to be a well planned design!

Looks cool! Keep us posted!

This is a pleasing conversation piece for your home. It resembles a natural habitat and is beautiful at the same time. I hope it turns out well for you. And the dripping eater fall can serve as a relaxation piece.

I plan to keep Cynops Ensicauda Popei in this tank. I don't have them yet and they will probably still be juvenile when I do get them. This will be their tank when they become mature. The real tank will be longer. Probably a 29 gallon. There will be three newts sharing this tank. Thanks for showing interest.

Very nice!! I may have to steal some of your ideas for my noto tank!
