They're a fairly expensive venture. Most eBay ones don't work. Perhaps talking to friends with tanks etc to get a second hand one?
Get a water cooler dispenser. Costs 80% less than a Chiller. if you buy a used one, even better. Get the ones that dont have the water boiler, just cold and room temp water. you connect the inflow tube to the cooling faucet then it comes out via gravity on the room temp faucet.
