TADPOLE or NEWT Silly question?

Hi this may be a very silly question but when I was catching live daphnia from a forest I caught this, I think its a tadpole but isnt it to early for them?, there was frog spawn in the pool but it didnt look anywhere near hatching, just laid in fact.
I also saw some newts swimming around, could this be a newt larvae of some sort?

yep thats a tadpole, probably a frog tadpole as they are the first to breed ,some earlier than others.

Yep. It's a frog tadpole. Toad tadpoles morph when they are very small becoming what I like to call "mini toads."
