T. shanjing throat bloated

One of my T. shanjing juvies 1 inch 3/4 has throat bloat. It always has it's mouth slightly open. It has lately affected it's movement. Other than this it's pretty health. Any treatment or soakings I can do? Thank you.

You could soak it in some kind of antibiotic, but there's no guarantee that the cause is even bacterial.
