suggestion for member profile info

i put a shout out in the introductions area a few months back about my move to OK and wanting to know of other members in the state, I got no direct replies from people here. when viewing member list data i noticed there is no bin to sort members with for their location. i feel that would be a nice choice to search members from, question is how do others feel-is it too invasive if it would solicit inquiries from other members who live nearby? the frapper account isnt really working (i moved my avitar and its in the system that way but it doesnt show me moved) and signing up for that is a separate account one has to create. if john can (and is willing) set up location as a sort feature in the members list who is for this idea?
