Hey, Is this normal?
Kiro was doing his favourite pastime of hunting a locust and i noticed for the first time that he has a sucker pad on the third toe of each hind leg (Just like tree frogs have). Neurus doesnt have these at all, are these normal?

Could it be a toe that just grew back a little funny? I like the log did you make it?

Hi, they are the same on both feet, and they are definitely sucker pads, he uses them to grip the glass when trying to reach the surface. if you look at the other foot in the photo it is the same.
As for the log i bought it from a petshop, they are originally for terrapins but the axies love it

very unusal in deed. He looks happy and healthy and that is waht counts. I have never heard of Axies having suction pads on their toes though.

I agree, they are definitely suction pads though.
He is spoilt absolutely rotten, he always gets his own way and gets whatever food he wants whenever he wants it, hard to believe from his size he is only 8 months old
