Hey just wondering what substrate everyone uses in their axie tanks... I’ve tried many things but my axies never seem happy with it.. the only thing they were happy with were pebbles which I know is a HUGE no no... help

I use silica sand and they really like it although it's hard to keep. You can have no substrate and they will be fine.

We use swimming pool filter sand, it’s very inexpensive and clean out of the bag. I was always told that no substrate is hard on their pads and can cause them to struggle a little.
