Substrate

Hello,

I have not been warned about substrate in shop I was buying my starter set and they also have axies. I plan to get 1.
Tank is standard starter 60x30x30cm.
So is this too big and I should definitely switch to sand?

Yes im afraid that substrate is too big, the best thing for them is play sand or bare bottom

That is a little big it could causes problems later on.

Buy Playsand its heavy sinks right away and $5 will buy you a bag big enough to fill at least 2 tanks that size.
