Hey All,
I'm a Senior in Insect Science right now and I'm working on getting ready to go on a study abroad for Spring Break. A study abroad in the Insect Science department is exceedingly rare, in fact I think that this one that I want to go on is the only one in the whole department which comes every other year
. Its focus is in tropical crop management in Costa Rica. Costa Rica is one of the leaders in the use of natural enemies for pest control in crops. They are so far ahead of the U.S. (my country), in fact, that if they looked behind to find the U.S. they couldn't see it. This would be an amazing experience for greater development and sharing between countries.
