I noticed with my C pyrrhogaster larvae that after a water change or a bout of scraping algae off the sides of the tank, I was almost guaranteed a morph within the next few hours. Any one else notice that after a stressful occurance that your larvae were more likely to morph? Or perhaps with my animals it was just coincidental, that I had so many larvae waiting to moprh that no matter what I did or did not do they were ready to haul out (though there was ALOT of morphing after tank maintenance).
