i forgot, the eye is not all blur, only the upper part

Cloudy eye(s) can be due to (1) injury (2) infection (3) diet (4) shedding problem (5) exposure to toxin. For diet or toxin, the effect would usually be in both eyes, but not always. It's difficult to say what the cause may be. If it is an infection, it is not easy to treat an internal infection.

Since the newt is still eating and appears healthy otherwise, I wouldn't worry too much. I think you just have to wait and see what happens.

I've had this once with a popei male. After water change it was gone. Maybe it will go away by itselves, but change the water maybe can help.

i believe it is a shedding problem.any idea what to do?

Like Joost said, do a water change. Keep the enclosure clean, feed a varied diet to ensure proper nutrition and keep the newt within it's proper temperature requirements and the problem may resolve itself with a bit of time.

Just keep an eye on it to make sure the problem doesn't get worse.
