I have 103 larvae that hatched 5 weeks ago. They are about 2 cm in length. About a week ago, when they were 1.5 cm, spoke with a reptile store owner who thought my water may be too cold when I do water changes, so I have made sure to put leave the gallon jugs of treated water out overnight, and they are about 65 degrees when I replace the water. I also use a betta heater ti raise the temp a bit. I have now started to switch from bbs to chopped black worms. Is there something else I can do to help them grow faster?

2cm at 5 weeks is fine - it's normal growth.

You don't need a heater - you'll be doing more harm than good. The best temp for axies at any age is 15-18C.
But you do need to equalise the temperature for water changes, overnight is good.
