OK Cameron, I just posted a whole bunch of pics of Slimy on my new photobucket account.
This first photo is bad because of the waterspots.
They're not noticeable when I'm snapping, only after when I put the pics on the computer. But I cleaned it off for next time.
I include this picture because I said, "Slimy, wave to Slimy!" and she did.
In the next photo, Slimy says, "You can see why sometimes we are called 'Otter Head Newts'. Yes, I am a liquid otter."
How much time have I spent on this forum today?
I am supposed to be working on a translation for a friend.
Obviously it's boring me.

Let me know if it works. Otherwise if you can search by username, the username I signed up with is ...guess...
"otterwoman"

Very nice Dawn. I love this species of newt!

Hi Slimy! She looks real nice. I saw the other photobucket pics too. Thanks for that Dawn. Paddletails are pretty cool newts!

Hhaha, I left a comment on your site in the forum Cameron. Im sure your videos are just fine.

Thanks. My camera always fuzzes out stuff so I can never get good pics on it. Instead I use my dads's camera. I just can't transfer those videos to the computer.

I'm trying to get my neighbor to come over to hold the camera so I can try to make a video of some of my newts eating, and when I do, don't worry, you'll know!

Dear All, I would appreciate some help identifying P. waltl disease and treatment. We received newts from Europe early November and a few maybe 3/70 had what it looked like lesions under the legs- at that time we thought maybe it was the stress of travel- now we think they probably had "red leg syndrome" (see picture). However a few weeks later other newts started to develop skin lesions (picture enclosed). The sender recommended to use sulfamerazine and we have treated them 2x and we are not sure they are all recovering. Does anyone have any experience with P. waltl diseases and could give some input on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

sorry I am having a hard time trying to upload the pictures- I have them saved on my hard drive... any suggestions-the prompts here are not allowing for downloads that way as far as I can tell. Thanks
