Sick pachys

i have 2 very unusual pachys i just got-these are an unknown species-possibly one of the complexes-see my post in the pachy section. my problem is the one i believe to be a female has some very unusual bumps on her. i had her in a container in the fridge for a while when i saw she had a foot ulcer and the bumps below. i treated her with batryl and the foot seemed to get better but these bumps do baffle me. i thought at first they looked like the chigger bumps some plethadons get, or actual blisters/pustules so i tried lancing them and nothing notable came out-they just appear to be 'bumps' and they are sort of fading but not going away-the male has a very slight one too, there is a slight graying around the ares effected-no sign of fungus though. her skin is not as smooth as his and im putting some of that down to establishing new territory -she has some bites, if she gets worse i'll take her to the vet-but im sure the vet hasnt seen anything like this before-just looking for some clues from those of you with vet experience or those who might have run across something like this before.
here is a pic of one of the spots i lanced

these are more typical and better shots of the condition-the first one is with what appears to be a leg bite

Perhaps they are parasites...? I would think if they don't seem to affect her health, I wouldn't worry about them.
Sprry I can't be of any more help
