Hi,

Just wanted to show off my four efts!
Amazingly orange, aren't they?
I love this newt and especially the efts!!

Imagine breeding these and having a whole bunch off them together.
Hope to be so lucky in the future

nice, how old are they? Any signs of them turning into adults yet?

Hi Joey,

I must admit i have no knowledge about their age.
They are about half the size of adults. They are complety orange, no greenish yet.

Guess they will need another year!

I'm just curious, are they captive bred? Or do they import newts to the Netherlands?
They sure are pretty.

Ive read raising them to this stage is really difficult. How much work did it take? If it was alot and heavy, its far from luck!

Hi,

I just recently got these from a friend.
He had them just for a short while, must admit i don't know for sure how or who he got them from.
Chances are these are wildcaught.....i guess...

I have seen some imports in the past, so it does happen here to.
